Our team is comprised of individuals with significant experience and skills in commercial real estate development and property management, marketing, advertising, finance and general business management. Mark Turnbull
Mark Turnbull offers a business degree and forty years of successful sales, marketing and general business management experience. He has owned and operated commercial real estate properties in Michigan and Florida for over 30 years. Mark provides overall guidance for the Synergy team with a focus on the property management and leasing operations.

Michelle Turnbull
Dr. Turnbull has over 25 years of experience in mortgage banking and commercial real estate. Her expertise includes business and property valuations, development and strategic planning. She also has an extensive project management background, leading investors and organizations from small single operations to large international companies in projects such as:

Dr. Turnbull holds a Masters of Business Administration and a PhD in Christian Counseling, graduating with honors in each. She is nationally recognized for her participation in industry betterment through the Mortgage Bankers Association’s Future Leaders Program and by instructing loan administration through its School of Mortgage Banking. She was also the first woman in the state of Michigan to become a Commercial and Residential Certified Mortgage Banker (elite certification of mortgage banking expertise held by less than 1% of mortgage professionals).
Additional certifications and awards include: Six Sigma Champion, Disney Institute’s Service Expert; 7-Habits for Highly Effective People Certified Trainer; MBA’s Year 2000 Faculty Fellow, MBA CAP Activist. Certified Advanced Counselor.
PROPERTY MANAGER
Terri Dawson
Mrs.Terri Dawson acts as principal broker of her company Florida Investors. Specializing in commercial property management, she has been buying and selling Southwest Florida property for investors since 1984.
Mrs. Dawson played an instrumental part in developing multiple commercial properties, residential subdivisions, and small industrial parks in the Fort Myers area. She has brokered multiple sales and purchases of commercial real estate and negotiated commercial leases for many years. Her expertise includes business and property valuations, commercial and residential development, and tenant procurement. Her extensive construction and project management background includes commercial office buildings and custom tenant build-outs. Her related experiences include:
